THE GLORIOUS KINGDOM OF UBERHEIM'S

SEVENTH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

DATE: Saturday & Sunday, June 29th & 30th

TIME: Saturday 11:30am to Sunday 11:30am

COST: $12 per person, includes Dayboard, Catered Feast, & Port-a-san

Facility.

PLACE: Day: Kingdom Lands Night: Fafnir’s Palace

DAY SCHEDULE:

11:30am to 12noon- ASSEMBLY- Meeting at Westfield, be there at this

time, we will be moving on at 12noon exactly!

DIRECTIONS TO DAY SITE: Meeting at the Westfield Baseball field (used to be Grumman

Field), on Main Street, East Islip, Take Sunrise highway to Connetquot

Ave south, to 27A Main Street (East Islip), make a left, you will go

over a bridge that goes over RR tracks. The parking lot is the first

left after the bridge, we will be there.

(In the circumstance that there is a large baseball game going on and

there is no parking; we will announce alternative parking arrangements

when you arrive, so DON'T BE LATE!!)

KINGDOM LAND & HISTORY TOUR

12noon to 5pm-

The entire Realm will be embarking on a hike through the Kingdom lands

where the group found its origins in 1994, which became the "Siegfried"

film project of 1995, which borne the Glorious Kingdom of Uberheim in

1996. Although we will be covering much ground, this will in no way be a fast paced power march.

We will be stopping often at various points and places, where the

Eternals of Uberheim will speak on the significance of each area.

The March will occur rain or shine so dress weather appropriate, yes it

is IN GARB.

Bring bug spray for ticks and whatnot; pack whatever you think you will

need.

Day board will be FREE provided by King Siegfried.

While we March through the lands we will be displaying the utmost in

ceremonial pageantry, which means, bring your banners, COA's, household

COA's, drums, totems, etc.

Although the march itself will be semi-casual, aesthetic-uberness will

be the theme.

12noon to 5pm- The Kingdom will form up and begin processing, the

destinations will be:

1st Segment of the March

"Hagen's Tree Palace"

"Valheim" (The Valkyrie's land)

"Branstock" (Uberheim's new tree of life, the Kingdom will be

commemorating Uberheim's new symbol of Strength)

"The Yggdrasil Ruins" (Opening Court, all business EXCEPT for Awards

must and will take place here)

"The Ruhr Valley" (The Uberheim Standard will be "dipped" in the waters

of the Rhine to consecrate the "Spirit" Totem.)

"The Morgenshire" (Day board served FREE compliments of the King &

arranged by feast-o-crat Alberich)

"The Rhine & the Well of Mimir"

(A VERY special Ceremony will be occurring)

2nd Segment of the March

PAGEANTRY MARCH- Re-forming at the Rhine and the Grand Pageantry march

to the lands of Uberheim Proper will begin! (The longest single leg of

the journey). The Kingdom Anthem will be sung, so either memorize it or

read from one of the copies that will be provided.

The Grand Return March- A Casual paced hike to return to the Westfield

parking lot to prepare to leave and head to Fafnir's Palace for the

Nightsite/Great Court/Afterlurk Revelry

 9:00pm- June Ranking Tourney & pickup fights

7pm- Catered Feast arranged by Feast-o-crat Alberich, Menu will be

announced in 2nd notice.

Bring your own feast gear & accoutrements.

9pm- UBERHEIM'S SUMMER GRAND COURT

King's speech, Awards and Honors, etc

11pm- AFTERLURK & UBER-SUMBEL!

This is a "wet" site; bring your own Grail (alcoholic beverages). If you

are drinking you WILL be Camping unless you have a designated driver.

11:15pm- There will be a Sumbel initiated by Hagen, in which ALL are

encouraged to participate. Those unfamiliar with the Norse Sumbel it is

basically a drinkhorn passed in circle round, as each holder to whom

it has been passed offers words to whatever the particular "toast" of the moment is,

and then either drinks or if one does not drink, may pour a small portion on the ground.

CAMPING- There will be plenty of designated space available to set your

tents, pavilions, and camps.

SUNDAY JUNE 30th- Event Ends! Breakdown, cleanup, an outlurk to

Sizzlers breakfast buffet at 11am for all whom wish to partake.
