Unto the subjects of Cronallis
do I send greetings: On behalf of those who attended the event
this weekend, I would like to say that is was a grand time had by
all. The fighting was glorious as so many combatants were in
attendance. The site was beyond splendid as it was spacious and accommodating.
The feast was perhaps the finest I have consumed in recent memory!
Since Uberheim and Cronallis first united, much of the grandeur of
that which is 'Stone Soup' was heralded by all of you. How could
'soup' be that good? Well, it was THAT GOOD, and I have the
feastocrat to thank for the bloated stomach as I failed to
regulate the amount that I gorged upon! Oh, and many thanks for
the Google Gallon Barrel of Soup that was given to me upon departure. One
final note: I must tell you all that the union of Uberheim and
Cronallis is such a blessing. Uberheim is a strong Realm founded
in spiritual tradition and prideful of their martial readiness.
Give us a sword to swing, a feast to dine upon, and an Oath to
Swear to our King, and all is good. Cronallis brings to the
Ubertable a refined culture that when combined with ours completes
us all. The air of your hall was sweet with the smell of a
preparing feast, the crossing of foils gave genuine legitimacy to
the sounds of combat, and the music...the instruments...the
singing...it filled the hall in the late evening with sounds that
truly echoed the acoustic magic of a time so long ago. TRANSLATION:
Damn good event!!! We look forward to seeing all those of
Cronallis at our upcoming Yule.

To all in Cronallis and
Uberheim:
Well, I must say that I had a great time at this event as well.
There were a few snags here and there but oh well. Every event has
a snag here and there. They are never snag free I think. To the
feastocrat Rachelle the Stone Soup was awesome. I think it is
going to become a staple at the events in the area now. I also
wanted to let people know that I MAY plan an event sometime in
September next year at my local fire hall. It might be a birthday
thing for myself, a birthday thing, or a combination of the two.
It all depends on how much time I have in the Fall 2002 semester.
The good thing about this is that this fire hall is within walking
distance of my house so if people want to they can drop off their
cars at the house and walk or they can park at the fire hall.
